This Q&A session offers an opportunity to find out more about the new HR Leadership Forum which is launching in Cambridge in early 2012 and to meet the facilitator, Hilary Jeanes.

The HR Leadership Forum provides a place for you to talk through the challenges you face, share best practice and develop your strategic HR capabilities.

Each half day session will take place on a monthly basis.  The facilitated meeting will use the principles of action learning to identify solutions to participants' leadership challenges.   Benefits include mentoring, peer networking, exchange of experience and ideas, mutual support, inspiration, personal and professional development.

Outline programme:

• A monthly 3 hour workshop for 6 months
  
• A one hour 1:1 coaching session for individual support and development during the programme
  
• Input from a successful HR leader (someone who has been interviewed as part of research into the characteristics of those who make it to the top of the HR profession)
  
• Access to the wisdom and support of a group of peers also committed to learning and growth.
